Michael L. Lennhoff has 30+ years of experience in culinary food service. With a degree from Baltimore International Culinary College and a history with The Menger Hotel, Fair Oaks Ranch Country Club, Tapatio Springs Resort and Peggy’s on the Green, Michael is the right Chef for your event!
Michael’s passion for food began by cooking with his mother while growing up; she was his first mentor and encouraged him to pursue his culinary dreams. He has worked in many capacities in a variety of different kitchens – he was passionate about studying different techniques and had the opportunity to learn from many talented chefs and cooks. As Michael’s career began to grow, he came to understand that not only is healthy food a source of joy, but directly corresponds with our physical and mental health. He believes food preparation is a real art, as well as a practical necessity. Michael is the primary care-giver for his father, and his work here with Meals on Wheels and Events and Catering truly comes from the heart.
Nicole Chapman has over seven years of Event Management expertise working throughout the Texas Hill Country. She has successfully planned events, weddings, receptions, themed birthday parties and proms, reunions as well as business meetings and seminars.
Nicole approaches event planning with a tenacity, ensuring all things are executed to the highest level of standards! Her creativity, drive, and dedication come from years of experience leading food and beverage teams at some of the Hill Country’s top establishments including: The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch, Guadalupe River Ranch and Kronkosky Place.
Her attention to detail is matched with a level of flexibility that allows her to custom design any event to meet your needs.
