It turned out to be one of my best decisions ever. My goal was to try to stay healthy, keep moving, and stave off the aches and pains that seem inevitable with aging. I got so much more! Friends, support, fellowship – win, win, win!
Volunteering with Meals on Wheels, and various church groups keeps me out of trouble most of the time, as well as sewing for fun and for a number of good causes. It’s great to be retired and active! I love Silver Sneakers and recommend it to everyone I meet, especially those who complain of boredom or lack of mobility. Get a move on! Seriously!”
