There is something special visitors feel when they first walk through the doors of the Rainbow Senior Center, they “just had a good vibe” about the place! We’ve taken that experience, captured by many of our guests, and adopted the term VIBE as a way to describe our culture and values.

Our vision is to become the central resource center providing the necessary services to improve the quality of life for the aging community.
The Rainbow Senior Center (RSC) was founded in 1983 to serve the aging population of Kendall County and provide seniors with programs to improve nutrition, education, health & wellness, socialization, and fitness. Our programs are designed specifically to decrease the multiple barriers negatively affecting the aging by becoming the central agency that guides, advocates and navigates their way to an improved quality of life through enhanced communication, leadership, education, nutrition and health/wellness.
